We are an “out of network” provider. We do not accept any insurance.
However, we do try to help families access out of network “gap exception” benefits as we are able. Because we care! See below for details.
We understand the stress that comes with feeding struggles and the added worry about the financial cost with not being able to accept insurance. Some families have been able to access better insurance reimbursement for services!
Please click here to learn about resources most families don’t know they have: gap exception/single case agreement/ IFO (in for out). We’ve had success with Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna helping families access this service if they have the benefit.
While we’ve helped many families with a variety of insurance plans access this “gap exception” benefit service, we have consistently had difficulty with UHC plans, despite hours spent speaking w representatives and writing necessary medical documentation. Therefore, we cannot assist with this insurance unless the family has already started the process with utilization management/ an assigned case manager. We regret that we cannot assist unless the process is in motion. The only cases with success have had a case manger assigned.
